Our founder, Cherelle Belcher, is a Registered Nurse with six years of hands-on clinical experience caring for individuals and families during their most vulnerable moments. Through that work, she saw firsthand that clinical expertise alone wasn't enough - residents flourish when they feel genuinely known, respected, and at home.

As a Registered Nurse with six years of hands-on experience, I've had the privilege of caring for individuals and families during some of the most important and vulnerable moments of their lives. Throughout my nursing career, one thing became very clear to me - clinical care alone isn't enough. People thrive when they feel safe, known, respected, and truly at home.
That's why I created Phoenix Haven Assisted Living.
Phoenix Haven is a family-style home designed to provide personalized, compassionate care in a warm and comforting environment. I wanted to build a place where residents are more than patients - they are family. A place where dignity is protected, independence is encouraged, and every individual's story matters.
With my background as an RN, families can feel confident knowing their loved ones are supported by professional clinical knowledge and careful attention to health and safety. We provide assistance with activities of daily living, specialized memory care, rehabilitation support, hospice care, and so much more - all delivered with patience, kindness, and respect.
